Learning Abroad

Experience abroad is not only valuable in any perspective, it is especially important for Classical Civilization majors and minors in Greece, Italy, and other countries in the area. It may take the form of study, work, internships, volunteer experiences, the"grand tour," and tourism alone or with a group. All ClCv majors and minors who have had such experience have found it deeply enlightening, personally enriching, and all but indispensable; and for many it is the highlight of their University career. We urge you to take advantage of one or more of the travel opportunities associated with the classical world, and the hundreds of others available worldwide.
